Ingredients:

Broccoli stems
Flour
Olive oil

Directions:

This is a very easy dish. Simply boil broccoli until tender and pass in flour. Fry in pan with olive oil until both sides ar golden.

Broccoli are not only tasty, they are healthy too! Try to eat this vegetable often, either boiled, steamed, fried or even raw . You may discover that this vegetable is not bad after all!
